I have received many emails asking what has happened to this site, why not the updates, the insults, the attacks on Steve Shine O'Slime, Mark Sold-Out Souder, and the rest of the political pricks.

Well, the answer is coming - around the corner, and while it will be a fight, it will change the way we look at some of these little lizards........Eek!

GOP Chairman Steve Shine Should Have The Moral And Ethics Dogs Bite His Butt

Steve Shine, a local attorney and chairman for the Allen County Republican Party, was issued a private reprimand by the Indiana Supreme Court on Tuesday for misconduct because he “exercised no active supervision” over his wife, who wrote $22,257 worth of unauthorized checks while she had control over his firm's trust account.

*No active supervision? - kind of sounds like his sloppy leadership he performs with the Allen County Republican party has spilled over to his own agency.

The complaint posted on the court's Web site lists Shine as anonymous, but his entry on the state's Roll of Attorneys indicates disciplinary action against him has concluded. The Roll of Attorneys Administrator's Office confirmed Shine had disciplinary action taken against him Tuesday after a complaint had been filed.

*Good, its' about time this slippery snake has some misery tossed his way. Maybe, conservative party insiders will take this as an indication the little troll needs to get his ass booted out as chairman.

According to the court's decision, Beth Shine served as the accountant and bookkeeper for Shine and Hardin, LLP, beginning no later than 1980. As soon as Shine and his partner became aware of the misappropriated money, she admitted to what she had done and repaid the funds in full by November 2005.

Shine was disciplined because he was in a managerial role at the firm and violated the Indiana Professional Conduct Rules because he failed to make “reasonable efforts” to ensure that the conduct of a nonlawyer employee is compatible with the professional obligations of the lawyer and also failed to “ensure the firm has in effect measures to assure all lawyers in the firm conform to the Rules of Professional Conduct.”

Shine has no previous disciplinary history, according to the decision, fully cooperated with the court's Disciplinary Commission and took immediate steps to ensure the complete repayment of funds.

*Don't take this as the troll is some saint, he isn't. He messed up, screwed up, fouled up and now he needs to shut up and remove himself from his political power house self-serving chairmanship.

This little political dictator talked about morals and ethics during this last campaign - now he himself steps outside the regulations set by the state governing lawyers and none of those critics of Matt Kelty can be found.

Shine's actions should be considered a serious violation of public trust and his political participation in sending the dogs after Kelty should now come under more scrutiny.

If Shine wants to send the morals and value dogs after Kelty for his errors, I sure the hell want to see those same dogs bite the chairman in his own ass.

While Our Military Fights A War, Our Self-Serving Asses Go To The Mall

"The American military is at war, America is at the mall" is a statement with much truth.

It is kind of heart breaking to see how self-serving we have all become. I am tired of hearing people moan and gron about how tired they are of this war. Shut the hell up! What have we done to make us so damn tired. What did we shop to long, did we work our little eight hour day, did we take the kids to soccer practice, and bla bla bla.

Maybe we should simply say - I am sick of our brothers, sisters, moms, dads, uncles and friends being over there fighting for a flea infested bullshit country all for the glory of the Bush legacy.

Hell, to be honest, beside Bush painting himself as the second coming of Christ, and faking to be a savior of all humans, I have no clue why the hell we are even over in Iraq.

Maybe our leaders should clarify what we are about in Iraq and Afghanistan. Are we engaged in the Iraqi war, the war in Iraq, the war with Iraq, the war on terror, the war on terrorism, the global war on terrorism or what?

No wonder the American people resent the war when there is no clear message coming from the administration on just what we are fighting for or what to call it.

George Bush, the disgrace of the American Presidency, has our brave men and woman over there for his own self-serving purpose. This son-of-a-bitch and any other prick that actually wants to believe we are over their to liberate the people of Iraq have taken one to many puffs on the wacky weed.

My vote for the next president will be for the one who most closely plans to:

1. Bring the real terrorists and Osama bin Laden to justice.
2. Replace the heroin production with food and grain production in Afghanistan. Put the warlords out of business.
3. Hold Saudi Arabia accountable for supporting terrorism.
4. Repair the broken relationships with our allies.
5. Increase the benefits for our military and their families.
6. End corporate welfare.
7. Stop borrowing money from China to support our government.
8. Provide health care for those who have none.
9. Establish a sensible immigration policy. We can't build fences everywhere.

Any candidate that offers less is a ruthless coward and will do nothing more than following in the foot steps of the criminally insane bastard we have in the White House now!

Hillary Is Too Delicate To Be President; Oh Sure Call Me A Sexist, But She's A Woman

Let's see, Hillary has staged questions at her events and now her campaign is bitterly complaining because her rivals are attacking her.

She's crying like a frick'n delicate woman!

Doesn't Hillary seem like she's a little too delicate to handle the Presidency?

Because she sure does cry like a frick'n delicate woman!

After all, you can't get all teary eyed if 2 or 3 world leaders decide to "pile on" you or if the press ramps up their normal all out assault on you a notch or two.

But, she sits there crying like a frick'n delicate woman!

Can't you just see Hillary sitting in the Oval office, bawling like a baby her head down on the desk because someone at the New York Times wrote a mean column about her or because she felt like people were "ganging up on her?"

Yep, because she's a woman and that is what delicate weak woman do - cry!

Sure, the "Glacier" may be nasty when she has the upper hand, but the fact that she's playing the whole, "You can't pick on me because I'm a girl" card so hard, after such mild criticism, suggests that she doesn't have what it takes to be a leader.

It's really not because she's a woman - but, it's got everything with her being a delicate weak woman!

Fort Wayne Police Department Command To Change Despite Claim By Mayor-Elect Of Only Tweaking Staff - The Lies Begin

Fort Wayne Mayor-elect Tom Henry, who has promised a smooth transition and few changes in personnel, may want to reconsider making such statements.

A source close to Henry has informed the Fort Wayne Sentinel there will be changes at the top of the police department and throughout the command staff.

Now, since the police department is the most visible department within the city administration, and has the most direct contact with the public, such a change by King Henry should not be billed by the Democrap Mayor-elect as 'tweaking' or by his transition team chairman Ben Eisbart.

There is a new Liars Club in Fort Wayne and I just found the first two members!

New Deputy Mayor Of Fort Wayne Discovered

Fort Wayne Mayor-elect Tom Henry and his transition team is hard at work preparing for his first day in office.

Pictured is Sammy Slivers rumored to be the top choice for deputy mayor. Slivers was a popular member of the Allen County Republican party, but during the recent campaign voiced his support for Henry over fellow Republican Matt Kelty.

Slivers denies seeking any such appointment - well of course he would.

Fort Wayne Radio Station Sold , Despite Allegation

From Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly comes this story -

The Federal Communications Commission refused to let an extortion accusation stop the sale of two local radio stations.

Despite allegations from local station owners that WJFX, 107.9 FM owner Russ Oasis asked for money from them in exchange for not designing a competing format, the FCC last month allowed the broadcasting licenses for both stations to transfer from Artistic Media Partners to Oasis.

The move cleared the way for the sale to be finalized. Artistic Media COO Arthur Angotti said the deal was consummated Nov. 1, and both parties are awaiting final notice from the FCC.

“The FCC ruling is in line with what we were thinking at the time: There was no reason that the deal should not have been done,” Angotti said.

Oasis announced plans in January to purchase WBTU, 93.3 FM, and WSHY, 106.3 FM, for $3.8 million. Artistic Media decided to sell the stations and leave the Fort Wayne market because they could not meet company goals.

Three Amigos Broadcasting Inc., owners of the Spanish language-formatted WGBJ, 102.3 FM, filed a petition in February to deny the license transfer to Oasis’ company, Oasis Radio 1 Corp. It alleged the Miami-based radio station owner told Three Amigos officials he would not convert WSHY to a Spanish-language station if they paid him $200,000 or $250,000, depending on whether the transaction was all cash or on terms.

Three Amigos alleged that constituted attempted extortion.

Peter Doyle, chief of the Audio Division at the FCC Media Bureau, in his written ruling said that determination should be made by the courts, not a regulatory body. His decision also said the commission preferred to defer action until after the legal dispute is resolved.

“… Three Amigo’s argument is founded principally on its characterization of the parties’ discussions, but not on any adjudicated violation of state law and/or antitrust statutes,” the ruling read.

“While we remain concerned with any broadcaster conduct that could be viewed as anti-competitive or attempted extortion, these are matters most appropriately considered in the first instance in other fora.”

WGBJ co-owner Bob Britt said state and federal authorities continue to review the matter. Britt did not think the company would push for additional FCC involvement.

Even though the broadcasting licenses did not transfer, Oasis took control of both stations shortly after the announcement. The format of WSHY changed to Spanish-language in March, but switched to a 70s, 80s and 90s dance music playlist in April. Its call letters also changed to WVBB.

WBTU is a country-formatted station and does not air commercials.

EXCLUSIVE: Sam Donaldson’s Number Appears in DC Madam’s Escort Records

Big Head DC has independently confirmed that a phone number belonging to longtime ABC newsman Sam Donaldson appears within the escort records of Deborah Jeane Palfrey. Palfrey, who is better known as the “D.C. Madam,” owned the Washington-based Pamela Martin & Associates escort business for several years through 2006.

Palfrey has told Big Head DC that she has communicated with Donaldson via telephone on at least one occasion. Once when she talked to Donaldson, she says, he was immediately panicked and asked how she got his number. Other times he left messages on her voice mail. Donaldson has not returned repeated requests for comment.

Big Head DC has determined that several media organizations, including ABC News - the employer of Donaldson - have long been holding information that indicates Donaldson’s number was listed within the records of the alleged “DC Madam.”

ABC News interviewed Palfrey last spring, and failed to uncover several prominent names on her list, including that of Sen. David Vitter. Sources indicate that ABC may have been withholding some information at least in part because their researchers had long ago discovered the Donaldson connection.

When ABC News was researching Palfrey’s story in April and May, she says they told her that they had found two prominent news anchors’ numbers in her phone records.

"If the Bush administration succeeds in its latest request for funding for the war in Iraq, the total cost would rise to $611.5 billion, according to the National Priorities Project, a nonprofit research group," the staff stated in an online introduction. "The amount got us wondering: What would $611 billion buy?"

Among the findings, from college tuition to free gasoline -- each posted with an accompanying photo -- staffers revealed the following:

• "U.S. drivers consume approximately 384.7 million gallons of gasoline a day. Retail prices averaged $3.00 a gallon in early November. Breaking it down, $611 billion could buy gasoline for everybody in the United States, for about 530 days."

• "In fiscal 2008, Medicare benefits will total $454 billion, according to a Heritage Foundation summary. The $611 billion in war costs is 17 times the amount vetoed by the president for a $35 billion health."

• "According to World Bank estimates, $54 billion a year would eliminate starvation and malnutrition globally by 2015, while $30 billion would provide a year of primary education for every child on earth. At the upper range of those estimates, the $611 billion cost of the war could have fed and educated the world's poor for seven years."
